At HomeSoma, each item is carefully selected to bring comfort, style, and personality to your home. Due to the nature of our curated inventory, all purchases are final. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise, so we offer store credit under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Store Credit
While we do not accept traditional returns or issue refunds, you may request store credit if:
The item arrived damaged in original packaging, defective, or incorrect.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You provide clear photos of the issue.
The item is unused and in original packaging (for incorrect items).
Approved store credit is issued as a digital credit code that never expires and can be applied to any future purchase..

Items reported after the 48-hour window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@homesoma.com within 48 hours with:
Your order number.
Photos of the item in the original packaging.
A brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit or replace the item when possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For approved store credit cases, we will cover return shipping only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Because all sales are final, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If approved, store credit can be used to purchase a different item of your choice.
